About the firm
We are a London and Amsterdam based advisory firm. Our focus on is on Strategy and Corporate Finance support. In some cases, we will consider making equity investments in early stage and growth capital or buy-outs.
Business model
We work with independent advisors who, without exception, all previously worked at the world's Top Tier management consultancy and corporate finance firms. Our approach enables us to provide the best talent when needed, whilst providing a competitive proposition to our clients. It also provides us with more flexibility than traditional firms when it comes to team composition and size. Our advisory board is providing us both with a sounding board on the overall issues in our key focus areas as well as expertise on the best way to continuously strengthen and improve our firm.
