Vincent Tuk is Founding director of Clean Returns. Vincent is a seasoned strategy consultant and negotiator with over 14 years of experience in energy, clean technology, private equity and healthcare. He managed projects in Europe, the US and developing Asian and African economies.
Vincent previously worked as manager at McKinsey & Company. Vincent started his career with Shell working retail, solar energy and M&A. After leaving McKinsey in 2007, Vincent has been active as advisor as well as entrepreneur in both early stage technology environments as well as mature industries such as energy and food. Vincent holds a Masters in Economics from the Erasmus University in The Netherlands as well as an MBA from INSEAD. In his spare time he can be found competing in sailing races around Europe.
Lodewijk Offerhaus is Founding Director of Clean Returns. Lodewijk is a very experienced strategy consultant and has long track record in transaction support for Private Equity and Industrials. He is focussed on Energy, Renewable Energy and Oil Field Services. Lodewijk led the strategic due diligence of the largest PE backed transaction in Oil Field Services. He has served clients mainly in Europe and the Middle east.
Lodewijk previously worked at McKinsey & Company in London and Amsterdam. After leaving McKinsey in 2010, Lodewijk has been active as investor and advisor in renewable and traditional energy.
Lodewijk holds a Masters in Medical Biology from the Utrecht University, a Masters (with distinction) in Management Science from Warwick Business School and an MBA (with distinction) from INSEAD.

Veronique Leroy is an Associate Director of Clean Returns. Veronique has over 15 years of experience in strategy and business development, and a deep expertise in clean technology financing. She developed the GE Capital activities, strategy and deal execution, to fund renewable and energy efficiency assets in EMEA.
Veronique previously worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Paris then as Strategy and Marketing leader at GE Capital in London. She started her career managing telecom infrastructure projects in Europe and Asia for Alcatel. Veronique holds a Master in Electrical Engineering (with distinction) from ESIEE Paris and an MBA from INSEAD

Ludo Carnotensis has been active since 2010 as an independent expert, with clients in areas such as LED Lighting manufacturing in China. Ludo is the former CEO of Philips Lighting Electronics Europe - Electronic Drivers, a division with 1500 employees, 4 factories, € 240 million turnover active in R&D, production and marketing. Prior positions included GM of the Philips Lighting Components division, General Manager Philips-Yaming Shanghai in China for 9 years and various postings across Europe and Northern America. Ludo holds a Master of Science in Electro Mechanical Engineering KU Leuven and MBA Finance. Ludo is fluent in English, French and German.
